Paragon was founded in 2018 at the special request of a Board President who was familiar with the Founders property management experience, ethics, and dedication to excellence.
Yes, the deed restrictions are enforded according to your Governing Documents. Owners will receive friendly reminders and unresolved violations are then escalated according to the rules that we set up for your Community.
We communicate with the home owners primarily through the Owner Portal, where Owners may submit maintenance requests, make Assessment payments, and view important Community documents.
Owners may pay their dues electronically by Autopay, one-time electronic payments, through Bill Pay from their own bank, or by mail to the Association Bank Lockbox.
We conduct the meetings and provide the minutes. Meetings may be in person or by Zoom.
Yes, Paragon has in-house Maintenance available.
Yes, once monthly or per the terms of the Managment contract.
Paragon may suggest vendors, and we also work with your existing vendors.
We will determine how much time is needed for OnBoarding, by typically we need 30 to 60 days to prepare for your Community. Rapid OnBoarding may be arranged for an extra fee.
Paragon is available for all emergencies, such as the recent hard freezes in Houston Texas. We make every effort to be prepared in advance for such events. In addition, we are here for you during other fire and flood type events. We will send plumbers or other appropriate remediation providers as needed.
